Company Page
The Company page opens when you click a company name from the Companies You Administer section of your User Profile page. It is the central hub for managing a single company — its locations, users, settings, AI configuration, and subscription.
Manage Locations
Opens the list of physical locations associated with this company, such as warehouses or shipping origins. From here you can view existing locations or add a new one.

Manage Internal Users
Internal users are employees or staff members within your company who have access to your internal data according to their user permissions. They access company data through the Backbone desktop app.

Manage External Users
External users are customers, vendors, or partners outside your company who have limited, read-only access to see only the data relevant to them, directly in the browser.

Company Settings
Shows the company's name and default currency, and lets an admin edit those details.

AI Settings
Lets an admin configure the AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) used to power the desktop app's AI assistant — API keys, available models, document token limits, and the uploaded user guide the assistant references when answering questions.

Manage Subscription
Shows the company's subscription status, active features, and user/location license counts, and lets an admin activate features, change license counts, or update billing information.

Branded Email
With the Personalized Email Addresses add-on, order, shipment and invoice emails go
out from your own domain (for example sales@your-company.com) instead of the
shared Backbone MRP address. The Branded Email page is where an admin registers the sending domain,
publishes the DNS records we generate, and manages the authorized sender addresses.
