External Users
External users are customers, vendors, or partners outside your company with limited, read-only access to view only the data relevant to them, directly in the browser.

Invite New External Users
Click Invite New External Users to open the list of pending external invitations and send a new one. You can add as many external users as you want for free, and each one can only view data for the customers — or the specific customer locations — you give them access to.
