Web Portal Guide
The Backbone MRP web portal is accessible from any browser — no installation required. It handles account administration, subscription management, and customer access.
Signing Up & Signing In
Creating and maintaining your account involves a few automatic emails. Each one is sent from Backbone MRP and contains a secure, single-use link that expires after a short time. The emails you can expect are:
- Verify your Backbone MRP account — sent when you first sign up. Click the verification link to activate your account. This link expires 24 hours after it is sent.
- Backbone MRP Password Reset — sent when you use the Forgot password option on the sign-in page. Click the link to choose a new password. For your security this link expires after 30 minutes; request a new one if it lapses.
- Confirm your new Backbone MRP email address — sent to the new address when you change the email on your account from User Settings. Click the link to confirm the change. This link expires 24 hours after it is sent.
Don't see the email? These messages usually arrive within a minute or two. If one is
missing, check your spam or junk folder, and add the
Backbone MRP sender address (shown in the message) to your contacts or safe-senders list
so future account emails land in your inbox. If a link has already expired, simply start the action again
to receive a fresh email.
User profile page
After registering or logging in, the main landing page is the User profile page, where all your company links are listed. You can add your own companies and/or accept invitations to link to companies you are associated with.
