Manage User
Opens when you click a user's name from either the Internal Users list or the External Users list. Shows that user's real name and email address.
Customer Access (External Users Only)
For external users, a Customer Access section lets an admin choose which customers this user is allowed to view. Select a customer from the dropdown, then either leave the location as All locations or pick a single location to limit the grant to that site, and click Add Access. A location-limited grant restricts the user to that location's orders, shipments, and invoices. To grant several locations of one customer, add them one at a time. Each allowed customer (and its location, if limited) is listed below; click Remove to revoke it.
Disassociate User
Click Disassociate User to remove this user's access to the company. This does not delete the user's Backbone account — it only removes their connection to this company.
