Searching & Filtering

Select the Filters (gear) button in the top-right of the Shipments heading to open the filter dialog. A number on the button shows how many filters are currently active. Set any combination of the following, then choose Apply — or Reset to restore the defaults. Closing the dialog reloads the list to match your filters:

• Not yet invoiced — on by default. While it is on, the list shows only shipments that have not yet been invoiced (any invoice that was later deleted or voided doesn't count). Turn it off to include shipments that have already been invoiced.
• Order # — show only shipments whose order number contains the text you enter.
• PO # — show only shipments whose PO number contains the text you enter.
• Ship Date From / To — show only shipments with a ship date within the range you choose. Set just one bound to search "on or after" or "on or before" a date, or set both for a range; both dates are included in the results.

Order # and PO # searches are not case-sensitive and match any part of the number. Leave a field blank to ignore it.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the order; an arrow (▲ ascending / ▼ descending) marks the column currently used for sorting. Sorting applies to whatever the search controls are currently showing.

Click the Order #-Shipment # link to see a shipment's full details.
