Shipment & Order Information
Status, shipment date, related order and PO numbers, shipping method (ship via), FOB (Freight On Board), customer, ship-to location, shipping address, order date, requested delivery date, payment terms, and sales rep.
Shipment Items
A line-item table with part number, customer part number, description, quantity shipped, unit price, and line total — plus the shipment total at the bottom.
