Update Features & Licenses
Lets an admin activate or deactivate paid features and change how many user and location licenses the company has.
Selected Features
Check or uncheck Order Entry to turn that paid feature on or off. Its add-on features — Custom Portal Slug and QuickBooks Online Integration — are nested beneath it. You may create up to 5 orders or export up to 5 invoices before a feature needs to be activated.
QuickBooks Online Integration requires Order Entry. Because the invoices you export are produced by Order Entry, the QuickBooks checkbox stays disabled until Order Entry is enabled, and turning Order Entry off removes QuickBooks at the same time.
User & Location Licenses
Shows your current active user and location counts, and lets you enter how many additional users or locations you want, billed per month.
Custom Portal Slug
Reserve a short, branded address for your Customer Portal — for example /portal/acme instead of the numeric one — for $10/month. Type a name to see live availability (lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens; 3–63 characters), then click Reserve. On an active subscription the charge is prorated for the rest of the current billing period. Use Release to give the address up. Your numeric portal address always keeps working. See the Customer Portal guide for details.
Requires Order Entry. The custom slug is an add-on to the Order Entry feature, so the slug controls stay disabled until Order Entry is enabled. If you later turn Order Entry off, the custom address is removed at the same time and your portal falls back to its numeric address.
