Shipping & Billing
Customer, ship-to location, shipping method (ship via), FOB (Freight On Board), shipping address, payment terms, invoice total, amount paid, balance due, and billing address.
Invoice Items
A line-item table with part number, customer part number, description, quantity, unit price, and line total — plus the invoice total at the bottom.
