Order Terms
Order Terms define the payment terms that can be applied to orders and invoices (for example Net 30). Open the list from the Settings menu in the workbench toolbar by choosing Terms.
The Order Terms List
Each row shows:
- Name — the name of the terms.
- Linked to QB — whether the terms are linked to the matching payment terms in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Linking
When a QuickBooks Online account is connected, click Show QB Terms to open a side panel listing the payment terms from QuickBooks Online. Drag a QuickBooks term onto a Backbone term to link them so that terms carry across when data is exported. The button becomes Hide QB Terms while the panel is open.
