Exchange Rates
Exchange Rates let the company convert amounts between currencies when doing business internationally. Open the list from the Settings menu in the workbench toolbar by choosing Exchange Rates.
The Exchange Rates List
Each row defines a conversion between two currencies:
- Rate — the conversion rate applied between the two currencies.
- Start Currency — the currency being converted from.
- End Currency — the currency being converted to.
Tip: Keep exchange rates current so that
multi-currency orders and invoices reflect accurate converted
amounts.
