Reports
The Reports drop-down menu in the workbench toolbar provides analytical views of the company's sales activity. Every report can be filtered before it runs and its data copied and pasted directly into a spreadsheet.
Running a Report
Choose a report from the Reports menu. A constraints dialog opens first, where the date range and other filters for the report can be set. Confirm the constraints to generate the report, which then opens in its own tab.
Tip: Report data can be selected, copied, and pasted
directly into a spreadsheet for further analysis, charting, or
sharing.
Available Reports
- Orders Report — one row per order, summarizing the company's sales orders over the selected period.
- Order Items Report — order data broken out to the individual line-item level.
- Shipments Report — one row per shipment, summarizing what has shipped over the selected period.
- Shipment Items Report — shipment data broken out to the individual line-item level.
- Invoices Report — one row per invoice, summarizing billing over the selected period.
- Invoice Items Report — invoice data broken out to the individual line-item level.
